Congratulations to our 2012 Pink Honor Roll members! These top fundraisers (pictured above) from our 2011 Komen Twin Cities Race for the Cure® were honored at our second annual Pink Honor Roll appreciation event. As generous sponsors of this event, the Ramada Mall of America provided a beautiful venue and delicious food for our celebration.

Thanks to the fundraising efforts of people like our Pink Honor Roll members, since 1993, the Minnesota Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure® has distributed more than $34 million to help fund national research and statewide breast cancer screening, education, breast cancer awareness, outreach, and treatment programs targeting medically underserved Minnesota women and men. We are proud of the progress that has been made, but until no one fears a diagnosis of breast cancer, we need to do more!
Our fundraising incentives have never been more exciting! Raise money as part of our Friends for the Cure® program and you’ll be amazed at the reward you can win! Simply ask 20 friends to donate $20 to your Race for the Cure fundraising goal using your personal fundraising page's link (you receive this automatically when you register) and you will be eligible for a reward! Please note that donations made directly to a team will not be credited to an individual's personal fundraising page. All donations received by June 22, 2012 will be counted towards your reward redemption.

Your registration fee gets you to the Start Line; your fundraising gets us to the Finish Line!
Friends for the Cure fundraising may be done exclusively online or combined with offline donation forms! Please click here to register, and your personal fundraising page will automatically be created for you! You may then customize your page, e-mail friends and family, collect donations online and track your success! Those supporting your fundraising can go to your individual fundraising page to make donations in support of your efforts. You may collect donations offline and mail them in too. Help us on our mission to end breast cancer so that not one more of our mothers, sisters, brothers, wives, daughters, sons or best friends ever has to die from this disease. As a Friends for the Cure® participant, you will see how one person really can make a difference!

Prize Drawing: Raise Money & Take a trip!
In addition to the reward they will receive from our fundraising program, participants who raise $1000 or more through their individual fundraising efforts (and posted on their personal fundraising page) will be entered into a drawing for one roundtrip air transportation ticket on American Airlines and/or American Eagle to any destination in the contiguous U.S. Two tickets will be awarded after fundraising totals have been processed. Limit one ticket per household. Please allow 12 weeks after the Friends for the Cure® fundraising program’s deadline (June 22, 2012).
**Note: All donations must be received by June 22, 2012 in order to be included in fundraising totals for prize redemption.
