Financial Assistance
Angel Foundation, Minneapolis, MN
www.mnangel.org
When cancer strikes, Angel Foundation provides two programs that help foster strength, resilience and hope. Both programs help adults living with cancer and their families gain a level of control over lives during a time of great uncertainty. Through their
Financial Assistance program , adults in active cancer treatment receive emergency financial assistance for non-medical basic needs such as food, gas, utilities, rent or mortgage payments. Facing Cancer Together provides education and support to families facing a parental cancer diagnosis.
Cambridge Medical Center Foundation, Cambridge,MN www.allina.com
The Hope Fund provides emergency financial assistance to qualifying breast cancer patients. The Hope Fund has been established for people who are actively receiving care for breast cancer only. No exceptions can be made to this guideline. Active treatment includes chemotherapy, radiation, bone marrow transplant, surgery, lymphedema, cording, hospice or palliative care. The fund serves patients who are at least 18 years old and receiving care at Cambridge Medical Center or living in the following counties: Isanti, Chisago, Pine, Mille Lacs, or Kanabec, and do not qualify for other similar programs.
North Memorial Foundation, Robbinsdale, MN www.northmemorial.com
Pay it Forward Fund helps women who are struggling financially while being treated for breast and women’s cancers at the cancer centers located at North Memorial, Unity, Mercy, New River and Ridgeview Medical Centers.
Regions Hospital Foundation, St. Paul, MN www.hopechest.us
